This policy covers the ZapVibes LLC website and the brands we operate. Product-specific terms are published with each product.
Who fulfills your order
Stores operated by ZapVibes LLC, including Truestead, publish the shipping and return terms that apply to each product at the point of sale. Orders placed through a marketplace such as TikTok Shop are also subject to that platform's policies.
Before launch
Final shipping timeframes, destinations, costs, and return windows will be published with the first approved product. No product will be offered before its fulfillment terms are verified.
Order updates
Customers will receive available tracking information at the email address used during checkout.
Problems with an order
Contact support@truestead.app with your order number. Do not send a return until you receive the applicable return instructions and destination.
Damaged or incorrect products
Report a damaged or incorrect item promptly with the order number and photos sufficient to document the issue. Available remedies depend on the product and applicable law.
