This policy covers the ZapVibes LLC website and the brands we operate. Product-specific terms are published with each product.
Who we are
This site and the brands described on it, including the Truestead store, are operated by ZapVibes LLC. References to "we" and "us" in this policy mean ZapVibes LLC, which also operates the ZapVibes Studio publishing tool described below.
What we collect
We may receive information you provide during checkout or when contacting us, along with standard site and advertising measurement data.
How it is used
We use information to operate the store, fulfill orders, provide support, prevent fraud, measure marketing, and improve the customer experience.
Service providers
Commerce, payment, fulfillment, hosting, and advertising providers process limited information for their stated business purposes. Their own policies also apply.
TikTok integration
ZapVibes Studio is an internal publishing tool used only by ZapVibes LLC. It connects to a TikTok account we own through TikTok's official API. With the account holder's authorization, it reads basic profile information to identify the connected account and uploads videos we produced to that account's inbox for manual review before publishing. Access and refresh tokens are stored server-side and used solely for that purpose. We do not access, collect, or store data belonging to any other TikTok user, we do not use TikTok data for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell or share it with third parties.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by emailing privacy@truestead.app. You may also use browser and platform controls to limit advertising measurement. The TikTok account holder can revoke ZapVibes Studio's access at any time from TikTok's account settings; revoking access immediately ends our ability to use the connection, and the stored tokens are deleted on revocation or on request.
