User data deletion
This policy covers the ZapVibes LLC website and the brands we operate. Product-specific terms are published with each product.
Who handles your request
Data deletion requests are handled by ZapVibes LLC, which operates this site and the brands described on it, including the Truestead store.
How to request deletion
Email privacy@truestead.app from the email address associated with your order or account and ask us to delete your data. Include your order number if you have one so we can locate your records quickly.
What we delete
We will delete or anonymize the personal information associated with your request, including contact details, order history, and any advertising identifiers linked to your account, except where we are required to retain records for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Timing
We process deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm by email once the request is complete.
Facebook and Meta data
If you signed in or interacted with Truestead through Facebook or Instagram, you may also remove the app's access directly from your Facebook settings under Settings > Apps and Websites. Removing access there does not automatically delete data already in our systems; email us to complete that deletion.
TikTok data
ZapVibes Studio, our internal publishing tool, stores only the authorization tokens for a TikTok account we own. The account holder can revoke its access at any time from TikTok's settings under Security and permissions > Manage app permissions, which ends the connection immediately. Stored tokens are deleted on revocation or on request to privacy@truestead.app. We hold no data belonging to any other TikTok user.
